Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jaye 9 will reverse and investigate any transaction that appears to originate from or be directed to a third-party account.
3.6 Anti-Money Laundering
jaye 9 maintains strict anti-money laundering policies. Deposits may not be deposited and withdrawn without sufficient gaming activity in between — such activity may be flagged as potential money laundering and will be investigated accordingly. jaye 9 reserves the right to request documentation supporting the source of funds at any time. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

7.4 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gaming may apply for a self-exclusion period through the account dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be fully suspended and cannot be reactivated at the player's request until the exclusion period has expired. 7.5 Dormant Accounts
