Loss Limits
In addition to deposit limits, jaye 9 can apply a loss limit to your account — capping the total amount you can lose within a given period. If you reach your loss limit, your account will be automatically suspended from further gaming activity for the remainder of that period. Loss limits follow the same immediate-reduction and 7-day-increase-delay rules as deposit limits.
Wagering Limits

What Happens During a Time-Out
When a time-out is active on your account, you will be unable to log in, place bets, play games, or make deposits. Any pending withdrawals will continue to be processed normally. At the end of the time-out period, your account access will be automatically restored — you do not need to contact us to reactivate it.

Before reinstatement, jaye 9 may require you to review responsible gaming information and set account limits as a condition of reactivation. Permanent self-exclusions cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
